Jen of Some Passing Afternoon! Jen, please email me with your mailing address (mollydunham@sbcglobal.net).
And it appears that Melissa is fresh out of berry bowls. Thanks to everyone who entered to win and visited Melissa's Etsy store. I especially enjoyed reading all your descriptions of fruits and other treasures in various colors of berry bowls. So far this week, my berry bowl has been filled with cherries, strawberries, apricots, mint leaves, peas and eggs. A few more weeks from now I hope to fill it with Sun Gold tomatoes. Mmmmmm.
The days are slowly warming up and our garden is responding, growing before our very eyes. I've been able to harvest ingredients for our meals every day this week. It's certainly empowering to grow the food we eat. And it's only the beginning of June - we have months of harvesting ahead of us. Good thing I ordered another berry bowl. I just couldn't help myself.
Oh I love the growing season!!!

Sometimes one homegrown raspberry (or four, on a lucky day) is enough.
