A Kiss For Kristin
Mainemomma has some good advice for all of us - Kiss more, fight less. I'm on board. The above kiss was delivered more than four years ago, and though he still kisses me daily, I doubt he'd let me take a picture of it now that he's nearly 7.
Go ahead, kiss someone you love, and if they're willing, sneak a picture. Sometimes it's good to
kiss and tell.

Love the little nose squish - very sweet. I bet you can still feel it.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the bittersweet reminder that my little one won't always let me kiss him in public, or even on the lips for that matter! He's almost 4 and I forget that the days of unbridled affection won't last forever....I needed that.
ReplyDeleteawwww yes kiss more, much much more.
ReplyDeletethank you friend.
xoxo
;)
so sweet! wonderful advice as well.
ReplyDeleteSo cute! Yes, good advice....hugs are good too! :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet photo. I hope you have that framed somewhere in your house. Kisses are the very best. I give out three each morning and three each night for sure, all of the in betweens are caught here and there through the day.
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet, beautiful photo:-) My oldest is about to turn 7 too--tomorrow! Isn't is incredible how fast it goes by...and how much they change from 6 to 7!!
ReplyDeleteOff to kiss my sleeping monkeys (and the awake one ;-) it's almost 6am here...
Have a great day with many kisses!
~Michelle
You always have such beutiful pictures!
ReplyDeleteWe give multiple hugs & kisses daily at our home. Even at 16 and 13, our girls are more than willing to give hugs & kisses to mom, dad and each other. I'm so glad of that!
ReplyDeleteso sweet...we love the kissies and hugs here...and I savor everyone.
ReplyDeletesuch good, simple advice and yet so true.
ReplyDeleteThere should be a kiss day on Flicker like Bench Monday. Which I still haven't participated in. Is it still going on?
ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet, sweeet photo! mwwwwah!
ReplyDeleteThat is the cutest. And you look like you're about 16. (Now you look like you're 17.)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite part of this picture is the toddler sized hand gripping his beloved Mama's hair. Because that is what our kids do, they hold on..to whatever as long as it's someone so close as mom or dad.
ReplyDeleteI love those kisses my kids give me. My little guy holds my face and draws my head close and than kisses me. It's so sweet! Doesn't happen often. Loves hugs, but the kisses usually aren't so easy.He tells me, Mom, I don't like kisses OMLY hugs!!
ReplyDeleteAidan was such a lover when he was a baby and little guy!!! Love the picture. :)
ReplyDeletethat photo melts my heart
ReplyDeleteThis is so sweet. My littlest, who just turned two, loves to give me kisses - lots of them. Actually my other son likes to kiss me a lot too. The girls are less into it.
ReplyDeleteMolly,
ReplyDeleteI'm Gema from Argentina. I've been reading your blog for about a year now from a silent distance. It's been a hard year for me. I've changed my life path completely and in doing so I had to distance myself from my loved routines: gardening, baking, playing with my dogs and walking thru the woods. I hope it's worth it. Anyway, I want to thank you for being a beautiful inspiration and for letting me do the things I love thru you.
