I don't know how, but I gave birth to two very talented snowboarders. This was their second time on a snowboard, EVER, and they absolutely blew us away with their grace, style, confidence and overall cuteness.

Then we had to go home. They can't wait to head back up the hill.
What a great way to spend the first day of Aught Eight (stole that from Visty). And I posted my very first picture of "The Year of Living Dunham-ously", the new Flickr set I've created to fulfill my "picture a day" goal for this year. Just 364 more photos to go. I'd better go charge the camera batteries!
fantastic! I'm so jealous. I really want to get my kids on boards this year too.
ReplyDeleteI love all the pictures! And they do look great on their boards ;)
ReplyDeleteI also love that I'm not the only one who takes pictures of their kids crying sometimes (before consoling them first.)
i also take pics of my kids crying...i love that!!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to keep up with your flick set...
That looks like a total blast!! Memories they will have forever.
ReplyDeleteYou shouldn't be at all surprised. With parents like the two of you...
ReplyDeleteI'm glad they had a good time, most of the time!
Love
Dad
looks like a blast!
ReplyDeleteThose Dunham kids are amazing! I'm also looking forward to a "picture a day". I loved looking at the snow Monday when we went to Rainbow Lodge for lunch, but couldn't imagine actually being in it anymore!I really don't miss my skiing days.
ReplyDeletewow, they look great!! :^D i still remember going down the sledding hill standing up in our old plastic toboggan. but i can't seem to stay upright on a snowboard for more than 3 seconds.
ReplyDeletelooooove avery's hair .. as you knew i would! lol
happy new year!!!
How fun!!, I think I'm going to copy your 365 pics idea, great way to record a year.
ReplyDeletewow, and how old are they? i cant wait for the snow to arrive. love the idea of capturing all entire year in pics. i sure will follow your blog
ReplyDeleteI am jealous too! Great pictures and love the boys snowboarding. We can't wait until ours are old enough.
ReplyDeleteAvery is 7 and Aidan is 5 - like my mom said, they are close to the ground and fearless. I didn't even last three seconds (so you beat me Lori:)

ReplyDeleteAwesome kids! I want to kiss the tears off Aidan's cheeks.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely got their uncle's talent for snowboarding!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat lovely pictures! And talented kids :)
ReplyDeleteWow! They are rockin' those boards! I have three little boys here that are hopping mad that we're not real likely to see anything even remotely resembling snowboarding weather.
ReplyDeleteNo warning necessary. Those pictures are great! Good job getting out to play in the snow!
ReplyDeleteOH those kids are so cute! I want to just hug Aidan...that sweet cold face with unfrozen tears! Precious! Makes me wish I was young to play with them...obviously they had a great time. Wait till Lexi sees these pictures of her cousins...I know she will say..."I want to play with my cousins!" looking forward to more pictures!
